    The Downtown Minneapolis Neighborhood Association Membership will vote on a proposal to form two independent neighborhood associations.    Public informational/feedback sessions will be held to prepare the Downtown West and Downtown East neighborhoods for this vote.  The DMNA serves Downtown East and Downtown West neighborhoods.
