Stone Arch Artist Allies are a friendly team of neighborhood volunteers dedicated to supporting artists throughout the Stone Arch Bridge Festival weekend. We are seeking a neighborhood group, organization, or business to join the team that helps produce the festival by taking on this important artist support role. Their work helps create a welcoming, organized, and supportive experience for participating artists from setup through load-out. Artist Allies will be easily identified by special festival t-shirts provided by the festival.
Volunteer commitments include:
- Friday, June 19
- 10 am – 4 pm: Assist artists in locating their booth spaces during setup. (at least 6 people)
- Saturday and Sunday (June 20 and June 21)
- 8 am –10 a.m.: Set up and monitor artist snack tents in designated locations. The festival provides snacks. (at least 4 people)
- Saturday, 10 am – 7 pm & Sunday, 10 am – 5 pm (at least 6 people)
- Roam the festival grounds and check in with artists
- Offer support and answer basic questions
- Booth sit for artists as needed
- Sunday, 5 pm – 7 pm during load-out:
- Assist by handing out load-out passes to artists. (at least 6 people)
Team notes:
- The festival will provide special Stone Arch Artist Allies t-shirts to help identify the Stone Arch Artist Allies throughout the weekend.
- The group should have one representative who works directly with the Stone Arch Bridge Festival and manages their organization.
