DMNA December 2015 Land Use Committee Agenda
This month’s meeting features a presentation from Ryan Construction on the Millwright, a proposed office 4-story 160,000 SF office development at 3rd Street & 5th Avenue S. This project requires a conditional use permit, for which a letter of support from the the DMNA will be requested. Ryan will also request a letter of support for a variance to install 24-hour ATMs at the plaza-level adjacent to the new Wells Fargo towers.
