Make a Difference in Our Community: Volunteer with Restorative Justice Community Action

January 11, 2026 By DMNA

The Downtown Minneapolis Neighborhood Association is excited to share an opportunity with Restorative Justice Community Action (RJCA) for neighbors who are passionate about healing, accountability, and second chances.

RJCA is seeking Community Volunteers to support Restorative Justice Conferences — bringing together people impacted by harm to build understanding, accountability, and stronger outcomes for everyone involved.

As a volunteer, you will:
✨ Participate in restorative justice conferences
✨ Listen to different perspectives and grow through learning
✨ Offer insight, support, and accountability
✨ Help co-create agreements that benefit individuals and our broader community
