Included on this meeting agenda will be a presentation from Mike Alder with ESPN.  He will be reviewing the upcoming X-Games, which will take place July 13-16 in Downtown Minneapolis.  Alder will review street/road closures, how local businesses may be effected, concert hours and curfews, ticket information, etc…

Speaking of road closures, please see below for tentative dates/times of those closures (Subject to change as of 4/29/17)

• Chicago Ave from 4^th Street to 6^th Street: Saturday July 8 to Wednesday July 19 – 24 hours per day
• 4^th Street from 5^th Ave to US Bank Stadium Loading dock: Thursday July 13 (7 pm) to Monday July 17 (4 am) – 24 hours per day
• Portland Ave from 4^th Street to 5^th Street: Thursday July 13 (7 pm) to Monday July 17 (4 am) – 24 hours per day
• Park Ave from 4^th Street to 5^th Street: Thursday July 13 (7 pm) to Monday July 17 (4 am) – 24 hours per day
