This month’s board meeting features presentations on two high profile downtown developments. Mortenson will present their proposal to secure development rights at the city-owned liner parcel at 800 S. Washington Ave. Ryan will present their plans for a Radisson RED to flank the new Wells Fargo Tower on the corner of 3rd St. and Park Ave.
