DMNA 2019 Annual Meeting was a Success!

October 29, 2019 By DMNA

Thank you to everyone who turned out for the DMNA Annual Meeting last night. We had well over 60 community members in attendance. Thank you to Mayor Jacob Frey for coming and providing an update on his goals and priorities. Thank you to Mark Andrew for introducing his new job with the Friends of the Lock and Damn. Congratulations to our newly elected board members Laurie Rice, Carletta Sweet and Dianne Walsh. Thank you to outgoing DMNA Board Member Stephan Hill for contributing her time and talents to the board for the past three years. Thank you to outgoing DMNA Board Chair Joe Tamburino for being a tireless advocate of the downtown community. And thank you to Open Book for hosting our event.

A link to our 2019 Highlights Video is available below.  It includes two wonderful interviews with recipients of DMNA funds from St. Stephen’s Human Services and YouthLink.  A big THANK YOU to Peter Zenner from ZenMation for creating this video and to DMNA Board Member Pam McCrea for coordinating the interviews with St. Stephen’s and YouthLink.
