Downtown Minneapolis residents, residential property owners or managers, and community managers located within the Mpls Downtown Improvement District service area (see map below) are invited to join Mpls DID and Progressive Urban Management Associates (P.U.M.A.) for a conversation on residential inclusion and service priorities in downtown Minneapolis.
Recent changes in Minnesota law now allow multiunit residential properties to participate in service districts such as the Mpls DID. As more people call downtown home, DID is exploring whether residential properties within the existing boundary could be included in the future as ratepayers and what services downtown residents would like offered.
Join us at an upcoming small residential roundtable conversation to share your priorities.
