Ladder 260 is opening late spring 2024

Sherman Associates is opening a new affordable housing development in the Mill District neighborhood of Minneapolis, next to the new Minneapolis Fire Station #1, named Ladder 260. View the property website here: https://ladder260.com/

The attached flyer provides details on the 90 apartments that are income qualified for households making 50-60% of Area Median Income (AMI), as well as 5 Long Term Homeless apartments at 30% AMI with project-based vouchers from Minneapolis Public Housing Authority. Here are the Minneapolis median incomes in summary:

  • 50% AMI – $43,500 for 1 person, $49,700 for 2 people, $55,900 for 3 people, $62,100 for 4 people
  • 60% AMI – $52,500 for 1 person, $60,000 for 2 people, $67,450 for 3 people, $74,950 for 4 people
