SUMMARY:Downtown Rezoning Study: May 4th Community Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The City of Minneapolis is conducting a rezoning study to implement the North Loop Small Area Plan\, Downtown East/North Loop Master Plan\, and other land use policies in Downtown. The goal of a rezoning study is to analyze each parcel for FUTURE conformance with the adopted plans and the City’s Comprehensive Plan. In some cases\, this results in recommended zoning changes. \nCome to a community meeting to hear about the recommendations\, including implementation of a new Downtown zoning district. The meeting will be held on Wednesday\, May 4th 5-7pm at North Central University’s Centennial Hall (725 South 10th Street).
