Ward 3 Council Member Michael Rainville has scheduled a special meeting for Tuesday, January 14th at 6:00 PM at McPhail Center for Music to discuss a recent crime event that took place near the Park Avenue Lofts.  Representatives from the Minneapolis Police Department will be there to provide further information.
