This letter is to inform you that at the monthly meeting of the Board of Directors of the Downtown Minneapolis Residents Association (DMRA), held at 7:00 p.m., on Tuesday, December 17, 1997, in the party room of the Churchill Apartments, 111 Marquette Avenue, the board unanimously passed the following motion:
The DMRA Board of Directors endorses BSR Properties' (1) petition for rezoning to be included in the Industrial Living Overlay District (ILOD) and (2) its application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow dwelling units in the building.
